I have 8/8 on special missions and 23/23 on zone 1 but? i still dont have zone 2 why is that?

I found packages about in 5 minutes..
Maybe I am lucky..
And it`s much funnier to drive? without assists,
with tricksteer it is just too easy..
It feels like something keeps you drifting..
Without assists you really have to be
a good driver if you want to do hard tricks..
It makes driving addicting
